Cogent Consulting are hosting a series of workshops focusing on P2P automation and improvement using real life scenarios and data provided by you, the attendees. Our customer driven workshops are provided by SAP consultants responsible for delivering real-life solutions rather than sales people responsible for selling software.
The workshops will make use of invoices and purchase order/receipt data provided by the attendees to demonstrate the following:
- Converting paper invoices and pdf invoices to electronic invoices;
- Line-item matching in SAP (using purchase order and/or delivery note numbers);
- Processing non PO related invoices
- Workflow for SAP and non SAP users;
- How to drive process compliance and continuous improvement;
We have more than 30 SAP customers in production; some of whom will be supporting us at the workshops by sharing information ranging from how they built the business case, why they chose Cogent Consulting and what results have been achieved against their objectives.
