Mass Printing & Downloading from SAP

Do you ever have the need to mass print or download images from your SAP archive?

Standard SAP requires you to drill down to images and documents individually, so when a user wants a print-out of every invoice image relating to a purchase order or Purchasing want to analyse invoices relating to specific material codes, this can be a very time consuming task!

The Print-it Add-on for FI provides a selection screen in SAP to seach for documents in four main categories; Finance, Logistics, Purchase Order and Material; using multiple criteria including, but not limited to:

  • Cost centre
  • GL account
  • WBS element
  • Material number
  • Fiscal year
  • Entry date
  • Entry user
  • Document date
  • Posting date
  • PO number
  • Vendor number
