ReadSoft’s SAP strategy is to automate Invoice Entry, Sales Order Creation, Goods Receipt Notes and Incoming Payments (Remittance) using a core OCR platform for data capture and SAP Certified integration for checking, posting and query resolution. In SAP, the appropriate posting rules and checks by document type are automatically re-used and additional customizing is available to blueprint a solution to meet resolve company specific business process requirements. ReadSoft’s DOCUMENTS solution captures data in 30 languages and is supported locally in 70 countries worldwide.

Esker’s DeliveryWare Platform is installed at 25,000 sites worldwide including 300+ SAP customers. Esker DeliveryWare is an enterprise document delivery platform for reformatting and delivering SAP Output by Fax, Email, XML, EDI, OB10, Flat-File, HTML and more. Esker’s SAP strategy is to provide one platform to automate all outbound SAP documents in multiple formats required by vendors, customers, employees and partners whilst avoiding the need for specialist SAP resources.

EASY Software’s Document Management System (DMS) is installed at 4,000+ sites worldwide and is the second largest SAP DMS vendor. EASY’s SAP strategy is low cost, rapid implementations and a concurrent-user based licensing model. EASY’s DMS is scaleable for non SAP applications and is HMRC compliant.
