We believe post go-live support is just as important as getting the implementation right.

Our philosophy on support is to resolve the issue quickly without filling in the same forms every time and spending hours or days bouncing emails backwards and forwards. We prefer to log-in remotely and have a look at the earliest juncture to actually resolve the problem. 

Support tickets can be logged and tracked online or logged via the telephone and common fixes are posted for the benefit of all users.

We also publish how-to guides, tips and tricks, user manuals, technical guides and other documentation to help customers find answers to common queries.
